Titles: Infernal Red and Forest Green

Takes place a few years after Gen 2, after Ethan defeated Red at Mt. Silver. During the time skip, Johto mons started to appear in Kanto and coexisting with them.

You start off in Pallet Town and of course pick either Bulbasaur, Charmander or Squirtle. You get the chosen starter's Mega Stone later in the game.

After beating Brock, one of Professor's Oak's aides comes up to you and have you picked one of the Johto starters, Chikorita, Cyndaquil and Totodile. Like the Kanto starters, you get the chosen starter's Mega Stone later in the game. I want the Johto starters to get attention as well.

New areas to explore like the volcano that destroyed Cinnabar Island in Gen 2. You also get to visit the areas that were added to Johto in HG/SS.

Post-game is exploring the Sevii Islands. No BF, but at least the Battle Tower stays.

All cross-generation evolutions of Gen 1 and Gen 2 Pokémon appear before post-game.

New trainer classes like the Alolan Tourists that only use Alolan forms from S/M.

In order to challenge the Pokémon League, you have to get 16 badges in total. 8 from Kanto and 8 from Johto. I want to make the main game longer.
