With a base SpD of 154 and 4 SpD EVs, it can take a hit from Specs Hydreigon and then KO it with Moonblast. In fact, it can even set up a Calm Mind if it runs that set or regain HP with Synthesis. Mind you, though, Stealth Rock is one of Smogon's favourite moves and it will do 45 HP damage if Florges switches in when it's on her side of the field.
Kommo-o has it just as bad, if not worse. Once again, Florges can set up a Calm Mind if it runs that set, and outright walls Kommo-o's special builds. Physical builds fare worse, as Florges runs maximum HP and Defense in all sets; Poison Jab on UU Kommo-o can only 3HKO at best without Rocks.
To make matters worse, Florges has Synthesis for recovery.
