Sure, they all appear in USUM, but only the Seel and Popplio lines are in the Alola Pokédex, and the Spheal line is available as a once-weekly Island Scan special. The New Unova Pokédex, at its time, had both the Seel and Spheal lines in it (Popplio was still 4 1/2 years from its own reveal at that time).
