I've noticed that OU usually gets a new 'Mon out of nowhere thats suddenly good. Examples being:
>Pelipper in Gen 7
>Clefable and Azumarill in Gen 6
>Politoed and Ninetales in Gen 5

So who will be next, /vp/? Predicting Heatmor for literally no reason other than "Why not?"

New abilities or typings can change a Pokemon from PU to Ubers
I feel like someone old mons might get Drought/Drizzle next gen and be OU(Maybe Drizzle for Masqurein and Drought for Pyroar)
Also the legendary birds should get Snow warning,Drizzle and Drought to really make them OP(also give Zapdos fucking hurricane)

Instead, I'd make a move called Tilling. It'd be a Ground-type move with a BP of 75 but it gets doubled if used when Terrain is up and also removes the terrain the next turn

Yeah, I just gave EQ as an example. Any attacks that seemingly affect the terrain could probably get that buff (and honestly I can see GF doing it).
