Either Zeraora or some Gen 8 mon. It would be strange to reveal gen 8 before Zeraora, but it's certainly at least a little possible.

It's fine but I'm not interested in it. One nitpicky issue I have is that it doesn't have a tail. It used to bother me when I was little when werewolves didn't have tails and I guess that carried on because it still bothers me when bipedal creatures that should have tails don't.

And yet midnight form Lycanroc is based on a werewolf (which don't have tails) but it has a tail anyway...

Pretty much this. Volcanion and Magearna’s movie was admittedly meh, but I really liked their personalities and how they interacted with each other. It made me appreciate them a lot more than I would’ve if I didn’t watch it. I still wish they’d start back putting events in the actual games instead of just having these pokemon market the movies though, especially since you can’t use them in the battle facilities anyways.

People keep talking about the design, forgetting how mediocre it will be competitively.
Its literally just a slightly better Electivire with a whooping speed and a situationally useful signature move. It does get Fake Out and 2 elemental punches, but that's all of it.

Looking at it here, it doesn't look that bad I guess. Probably a solid UU that sees usage in OU, but Tapu Koko is infinitely better.

Design and concept are really nothing special (another raijumon but this one looks like Lucario? Whoop-de-do), so I'll be relying on its movie personality like >>35296623 says. Volcanion was meh but in the movie it had a great character.
