Hey You Pikachu is a complete waste of time. Mildly enjoyable if you're seven years old and it's 2000 and you watch Pokemon on Kids WB after you get home from school every day. Other than that, it's not worth playing, even as a curiosity. It's slow as fuck, pretty much luck based considering what a crapshoot it is to get Pikachu to listen to you at the correct time (if you don't have a voice of a child, congrats, the mic was not designed for you and you'll have a harder time than if you were a child), and it just isn't really that fun. They could have at least had a Surfing Pikachu that you can send to a game with a Transfer Pak, but nope.
