In OU there are only four Electric-types---Magnezone, Wash Rotom, Tapu Koko and Zapdos---compared to 22 in PU. Thus, the odds that Pelipper will need to switch out to avoid TBolts, Discharges, or Thunders are greater in PU than in OU.
