The idea that you essentially have a wobbuffet-tier HP sponge that not only cleans your side of the field from hazards basically for free but is also rewarded with instant recovery everytime it does so and has the offensive means to fight hazard setters like skarmory, ferrothorn and toxapex is a huge deal.
One of two things would happen to the meta: either hazard-setting fades into obscurity on all tiers where guzzlord is allowed (ironically lowering guzzlord usage), or hazard-setting desperately fights guzzlord back, only making it stronger.
