It's such a barebones Pokemon. There's literally nothing Mythical or Legendary about it. It looks like your average middle-evo that you never remember about.
It was probably just created by the junior staff that got assigned in charge of USUM. They simply wanted to leave their mark, to create something that will persist in the franchise forever. But it turned out barebones and awful, just like everything else in USUM.
Of course, the regular might now try to redeem it, but I simply don't see the potential. I think it's better to just be done with the furbait creature once for ever and finally move on from that shitfest called USUM.
Extending Zeraora's role to the next pair of games, in Zygarde-esque manner, will just prolong this shitfest. It's a bad idea. They need to close this chapter.
