If Ultra Burst was really Mega Evolution, +100 off a base 680 would give Necrozma the same BST as M-Mewtwo or M-Ray, and it doesn't really matter how you distribute the remaining 30 BST. Spread it among def/spD/HP and it's better than M Ray because only Darks survive +2 Light that Burns the Sky. That move can even OHKO Wobuffet at full health, who takes 50% from it.
Ultra Necrozma is surprisingly not as frail as I would have thought for a hyper offensive wallbreaker
