>>35311711) but instead would just have Budew, Litwick and Spheal all relatively early (which are all weak to both types of the starters, i.e. Roserade is weak to Fire and Psychic). I didn't really order my dex in encounters though, but you seem to have done a decent job of that.
Not sure how I feel about champ/rival using legendaries, it seems to be a common trap for fangames to fall into and rarely makes sense. Totally see it for the evil leader though
