Most of the non-warmup boss monsters would probably be in the 525-545 range with the respectable fully-evolved Pokemon, with things like vanilla Jho definitely being at 600 and super elder dragons like Dalamadur or Lao-Shan Lung being box-level tier. Subspecies would be slightly higher for the most part, and things like Deviants and Apex monsters would get Mega level stats.
The reason why they wouldn't totally dominate Pokemon stat-wise is that most of them wouldn't totally dominate Pokemon lore-wise either. Despite Monhun monsters generally being much larger, the power levels of mid-to-high-tier monsters in both franchises is actually pretty close. There aren't terribly many non-Elder Dragons that exceed Gyarados level destruction in their vanilla forms, considering just how dangerous Gyarados are said to be to Pokemon's much more technologically advanced human civilization. Even things like Mega Fug versus G-rank White Fatalis is a fairly even matchup.
