Give it Drizzle and raise Freeze-Dry's power to at least 90 so that Lapras has no need for Ice Beam. With Drizzle and 90-power Freeze-Dry, Lapras can run Thunder for coverage.

I mean that's cool and all, but what are you actually covering by adding Thunder to Freeze-Dry? The only thing it really hits that Freeze-Dry can't is Steel type, but you can hit most of those with water, and that's assuming you want to even stay in against said steel type.

Wasn't it used on both stall and offensive teams? I remember a guy saying that it was useful for stall because it trapped and removed everything that threatened it, but I also remember that a popular offensive core was zard Y and dugtrio for pretty much the same reasons.

Its physical movepool is garbage, but I can see it having some niche usage in UU with Ice Shard and Waterfall alone. 1 DD boost is really slow and still revenge killed by non-scarf Koko and Ice Shard will fail to OHKO it.
