Yes in a spin-off.
Ultra Beasts, Pokémon from an other dimension.
Yes a new Zygarde forme.(there are 2 new ones,10%(dog) and 100%,regular is 50%)
Alolan forms,Zygarde and Ash-Greninja ones are the only ones.
Yes,removed in Gen 7 and replaced with trials.(probably only for Gen 7)

You know these have been around for ages?

Ultra beasts also aren't stupid, they added interesting story and lore to Alola as well as being unique gameplay and design-wise.
