If I could add to Raichu's stats, I'd do this:
HP: 60 (same as before)
Attack: 100 (up from 90)
Defense: 80 (up from 55)
Special Attack: 100 (up from 90)
Special Defence 80 (same as before)
Speed: 120 (up from 110)
And Pikachu can be buffed accordingly. I might've got a little greedy but that's alright. It's not like any of it will actually happen. Raichu will always have the defense of a wet piece of paper, unfortunately even though it's so big and chunky.
