How do you make these things? How do you perfectly line-up all the sprites, or copy/paste them to begin with? Photoshop? I use Microsoft Paint.

Sadly, no. I mostly just use the charts I find in the GO! General. Every now and then someone posts a good one. I'd love it if someone would just make it for all generations already. Sadly, I am not equipped nor competent enough to make it myself.

You keep giving rock type gym leaders one fossil of a pair but not the other, and it rubs me the wrong way. I can't help but feel as though giving Roxanne Anorith undercuts Steven somewhat, either. Maybe give her Geodude instead of Anorith, and give Roark Shieldon instead of Geodude. Could give her Larvitar too, making a sort of interesting Aggron/Tyranitar pair, but that's probably too much for the first gym.

I also think making Wattson a double's ace that only uses Pokemon located near Mauville is a little shitty. Giving him Chinchou and Mareep would be better.

There's a pretty consistent "not enough dragons, just use snakes instead" thing going on here. It sticks out like a sore thumb. I know there aren't a lot of Dragon Pokemon to pick from, but it'd be okay to give Drake a Dragonair or Dragonite. You gave Glacia an Azumarill and both Wallace and Drake Milotic. It's okay to double up some and reach outside the gen.

My idea is to five them Pokémon natives of their regions. I feel it kinda loses the point otherwise. I know some picks are forced but it's more funny this way. If you can put any of te 807 Pokémon to every trainer it's more boring
