Why exactly is everyone upset about this game? When we take a step back and look at it for what it is, it's pretty good. The regional dex alone is 400 Pokemon which is roughly half of the existing Pokemon. The Alola Photo Club is an unexpectedly nice addition to the games and the actual main game provides a fair bit of challenge and has a nice aesthetic overall. A detailed play through of the game(making sure to find all the totem stickers, fighting each trainer possible with each set of new modes of transportation you get, doing all the side quests, etc.) Takes roughly 22 hours and some change if you're a veteran and possibly longer for newer players. The cutscenes are literally only 12 minutes of that. I can already hear you crying
>Wtf 12 minutes is outrageous!
Ok
Let's look at another modern game. Call of Duty WWII. The main campaign is roughly 6 hours long. The cutscenes account for nearly half of that time clocking in at around the length of a feature length film. Yet you pansies can't handle 12 fucking minutes. They even cut the tutorials down with USUM a bit to please you people. The games are good.
