What’s the most tedious and annoying Pokémon to try and get when trying to get a living pokedex? (excluding legendaries...)

I can tell you they didn't think in advance. Sure, you can easily grind in 5th gen and your Pokemon end up on higher levels than in earlier gens but GF didn't consider next games. Grinding Zweilous is such a bitch now.

Only in Gen 1 and without glitches. Eevee is easy to get in every other gen thanks to breeding or just being available in the wild.
