This one would be pretty good.

magneton may get a niche as it has 120 special attack and sturdy.

Kadabra has 120 sp attack and is fast, maybe if you used your mega slot

Most eviolite offensive mons will run this instead. The most notable ones are probably Sneasel and Scyther due to their high attack stats for evolved Pokemon. But a more comprehensive list can be found at >>35336112.

Nothing would manage to outclass its own evolution because of the loss of bulk, ability to use Z crystals or various other items, and most importantly speed. It would be a good item in lower tiers though, could give things like Magneton, Scyther and Sneasel a decent boost.

Arena Trap is universally banned in Smogon and even where it is not banned Dugtrio is always going to be a better choice. With Groundium Z it is going to be stronger than Trapinch. Trapinch is too slow to be an effective trapper.

The New-violite should raise Attack, Sp. Att. and Speed by x1.3 or x1.25. Eviolite stays at x1.5.

Also, both of these need a cap. Like, if for Eviolite, the thing using it has more than base 100 defense, the Eviolite will treat it as if it's base 100 instead. It would serve to make stuff like Dusclops not riiculous.

The only "ridiculous" mon with Eviolite is Chansey, which isn't affected by your suggestion anyway. Rhydon, Dusclops etc. are all complete memes with no real viability.
