Primarina has a lot of details to animate so giving it long-term focus would be trouble, Brionne isn't as marketable as Popplio.

Lana is getting a Dewpider in SM71 so Primarina wouldn't need to be on-screen all the time anymore. Still doubt Popplio will evolve, but I don't see any other reason why Lana needs a second capture.
