Ampharos only has plus though, however pic related has plus and minus

It would have an unboosted sp-atk of 590 giving it an effective 219 base stat

that said it's movepool would still be limited to thunderbolt, flash cannon and signal beam

that said it would still be a scary ass sweeper with access to shift gear allowing it to hit hard both on the physical and special side

I used altarianite klinklang in Mix and mega, it just gets work done with that typing and coverage
