I'm an extorter, I use my scary snake and cat to shake people down for cash when they try to cross a bridge or whatever. I give the player an extra big reward for beating me.

Now I've upgraded to enforcer. I got a bigger snake and an electric type to zap people who don't cooperate. Or just zap people for fun even if they gave me the extortion money anyway, that works too.

As leader, I now have highest authority in my organization, and authority means having to beat down anyone trying to usurp my throne. I kept with the big intimidating snake and the zappy electric type, and filled in the rest with pokemon that have high power, for beating down anyone uncooperative or uppity. It's a mix of many different types, but other than Persian, they are all weak to Ground, so I'm not impossible to beat. This also shows that I'm delusional and crazy and a ground type can "Bring me back to earth" from having my head in the clouds while drunk with all this power.
