What's the official, objective tier ranking for Pokémon types?

I've been struggling with this for a while now and the best I've been able to get it down to is this:

Dragon
Fighting
Psychic
Water

>High Tier
Dark
Steel
Electric

>Mid Tier
Fire
Flying
Ground
Fairy

>Low Tier
Normal
Ice
Ghost
Grass

>Shit Tier
Bug
Rock
Poison

It just seems to me that some are so obvious, but others are difficult to place with relation to each other.

Dragon and Water seem to have the best typing advantages in the game, though Fairy did need Dragon some.

Bug has too many types that are good against it. It really should have been good against Fairy.

They mostly succeed based on stats and movepool. Tyranitar doesn't appreciate having 7 weaknesses, almost all being common types (Fighting, Ground and Water stand out). Weavile would benefit from losing it's 4x weakness to Mach Punch and Stealth Rock weakness, and Mamoswine is an odd case in general though I guess it needs STAB Ice Shard for that extra damage. Still, Articuno really would benefit being almost any other type as would Avalugg.

We don't need a rockbuff, we need gamefreak to not be incompetent and make more Pokemon like Tyrannitar, Weavile, Mamoswine and Diancie that can take advantage of the typing

Ttar gets by on having like 660+ bst thanks to its ability + being from gen 2: its movepool started out amazing and it's only recieved buffs across the gens
Weavile and mamoswine are alright, not terribly amazing but alright
