I looked at ice types that worked and usually these are fast, frail sweepers like Weavile or tanks like Mamoswine that have a secondary typing and an ability that allows to switch into more moves and more importantly stealth rocks. Like Weavile I gave it the stats of a fast sweeper and like Mamo I gave it the steel type so it can freely switch into rocks without dying after 5 times. I realized that Ice/Steel would make it extremely weak to fire and fighting moves though, and since mach punch exists I thougt that it needs priority to defend itself from this. Giving it technician as well as two stab priority moves felt like it was more than enough, breloom pretty much gets knocked out by ice shard while conkeldurr takes 40% with a banded set. The coverage moves allow it to catch counterss like skarmory and toxapex on switch in for a nice amount of damage so you force them to go for their recovery move next turn, letting you switch in your counter for free
