Are there any online tools that tells me which pokemon I can and can't obtain with a certain set of games? IE if I own Diamond, Platinum, White 2, X, OR, Sun, and USun, it would tell me I can obtain a Reshiram on my own but that I need to obtain Zekrom through trading with someone else?

I remember seeing a tool like that years ago (like around when gen 4 was current and online trading became a thing) but I don't remember where or if it's still active and updated for the newest games
