I like May's hair (her classic design, anyways) the most because it goes well with her outfit, and because she's my favorite overall. I think it would look bad on most of the others, though.
I don't see much merit in separating the hair from the rest of the design, because it's not the singular parts of the design that stand out but the overall composition. Rosa's hair is the most unique. What does that mean? Dawn's hair is nice, but hair alone is rarely memorable. I don't know what the hell Kris's hair is doing. If we're judging the hair alone, May's hair is amongst my least favorite designs. Is this overthinking it? Or maybe it's a stupid question.
