Would people loved Venusaur more if it was a humanoid fur monster with a profession (dancer, wrestler, ninja, clown, etc..)?

What kind of question is that? Venusaur was never made to look that way, so it wouldn't be Venusaur anymore. With that said, there's nothing inherently wrong with either monster-like or humanoid starters.
