When organizing my Pokemons' moves, I go in descending order with few exceptions.
>STAB Move(s)
>Coverage Moves
>Status moves that inhibit opponents (Thunder Wave, Toxic, Screech)
>Status moves that helps my Pokemon(Protect, Bulk Up, Acupressure, Recover, etc.)
Not every Pokemon has one of each category, that would be silly, but they all follow this order from top to bottom regardless of count.
I also try to clump moves together by type, or at least have the colors organized in a way I find pleasing. As a result, Dual-type STABs might not be in the same order as the typing listed on the Pokemon.

I equivalate levels to age and 1st->2nd-3rd forms to child->teen->adult. Pokemon that evolve later than others also have longer lifespans in my head.

If I get a level 1 Pokemon in a trade that has egg moves I either delete them or breed them again so I only have their default level 1 moves.

If catch a Pokemon over level 15 I'll never use it in my party unless it's a nuzlocke.

I like raising Pokemon just for this autistic rp shit and have never cared about competitive battling nor the Battle tower/frontier/maison/tree.

If I decide to name pokemon in my route, I have to pick a theme, Like Dragonball characters for my ORAS run.

I have to imagine what a comedic sitcom with all my pokemon would be like judging from what species they are, what nature, and gender they are, and their relationship to me.

I pre plan my whole game before I start. Including my team mon, their moves by the elite four, their gender, their nature. And their levels before every gym. I’ll grind til I catch the Pokémon of the correct nature etc. I’ve done this in every play through I’ve done. Even my first run through of new games.

Same here. In addition to having STAB moves(s) take the first slot with potential coverage moves taking the lower slots, I also arrange my moves accordingly by color so its not an eyesore.

For example, my Chesnaught runs the moves drain punch, seed bomb, spiky shield and bulk up in that order, so on the bottom screen the colors go brown, green, green, brown.

Sounds about right. I would also organize the colors differently back when all 4 moves were shown in a 2x2 grid rather than a list.
In your case I would've swapped Spiky Shield and Bulk Up so that it has both browns on the left, and both greens on the right.
I'm still not sure if I prefer the current list to the grid we used for three gens.

I only use PKHeX to adjust my existing mons (i.e., giving a legit random shiny an ideal nature). Also, when I modded my original Serperior from my first Black run (to give it Contrary and IVs for HP Fire), I had to make sure the PID was the same and that the egg hatched in Nuvema.

I also spent money on a Monster Brain just to send my original cartridge RBYGSC mons to US, even though I could've created perfect copies (since Secret IDs didn't exist yet) with just the regular visible ID#, trainer name, and game name for $0.

On another topic, I only watch the announcement trailer for new games and, if it wasn't in the announcement, the starter (first form) reveal trailer; then I wall myself off from all news until the games are released. Due to this, I went into gens 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 near-completely blind. I plan to do the same for gen 8.

One final note: Despite SRing for several shinies, I only actually use the shinies I've caught via random encounter, because "them coming to me" instead of "me coming to them" feels more meaningful.

If a pokemon I want looks particularly masculine or feminine I will only get one that falls into the proper gender. I'll even soft reset for starters until I get a pokemon of the right gender.

Whenever I play a pokemon game I always compulsively want to catch every pokemon available in the wild, as well as evolve them if it doesn't take too long.

The worst game for doing this in (by a large margin) is DDPT, because of Munchlax.

I have a text file of all the Pokemon I'd actually consider using in each region and pre-planned teams for all gen 4, 5 and 6 games since I want to one day 100% each of them with as little trading as possible and finished living dexes in each.
I still need to do a little bit of the dex and start beating the Battle Frontier in Platinum before I move onto Heart Gold.

The desire to make the game more interesting/engaging/fulfilling. Self-limitations, headcanon roleplaying, all sorts of shit. Essentially the same sort of things that nuzlocke was originally invented for, just tailored to each individual's own thang.

The series as a purely vanilla experience has been pretty stale since gen 4, nothing wrong with spicing/organizing shit up according to what your brain thinks is nice.
