Everyone's main problem with RU is that there's a bunch of unviable shitmons forced into the tier by usage when they would be much better in NU or PU.
Just a few months ago Donphan, a D rank pokemon, was #1 in usage.
I like Donphan.
I'd like to use Donphan in a tier where it could be good.
Unfortunately RU's underage/mentally handicapped playerbase continually use Donphan preventing it from ever being good.
And this isn't just happening to Donphan either.
There was a point in time when there where 7 D rank pokemon in RU. And that's not to mention all the other mons trapped in the C ranks.
RU is garbage.

Please explain how Donphan is supposed to be good. As a Ground type it is completely overshadowed by Rhyperior, Mega Steelix, Gligar, as a spinner it is outclassed by Tsareena as well as the myriad of defoggers.
