They're all shit. Not even meming and unlike most people I actually really enjoyed the ever living shit out of gen 7 despite its flaws but the starters are all garbage. I played through both Sun and Moon and then both Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon when they came out. That's 4 playthroughs of gen 7. Wanna know how many times I kept my starter? 0 times, I boxed them while they still retailed their excellent pre evo designs, my starters remained pure forever, they never got to evolve into those abominations.
