At the absolute worst Kukui is in his early 30s or possibly just 30. Sycamore could be mid 30's as well. Juniper looks like she's in her mid-late 20s and judging by her father Cedrc, who looks to be about 50-60 she very well could be. On average it takes roughly 8.2 years for one to acquire just their PhD. For a specialized field of work like how moves work or field research it could take even longer. Assuming each professor has at least 12 years under their belt, juniper would've had to have started college when she should've been in elementary school. Sycamore and Kukui would've probably started in High school or middle school.
