ITT: Shit that bugs you about a Pokemon's design.

Lycanroc's large teeth are drawn in such a way that it makes them look like they're its only teeth.

The smile that midnight form Lycanroc has (specifically in the official art) makes it seem like that its muzzle is the Lucario nose all over again. Thankfully though, that's not the case.

Lycanroc specifically has it worse. When it opens its mouth you can see where the fangs are protruding from. When Typlosion and Arcanine do so, the fangs are glued along the inner rims and are drawn much flatter. There's a slight nuance to it.

This. They do in fact actually have a full mouth of teeth, but actually drawing/modeling a full mouth of teeth is too time-consuming to do it all the time.

It's less noticeable from the side, but when drawn from the front, Lucario has a long nose with a mouth underneath it.

I hate the circles in Cryogonal's design, I feel like it totally clashes with the sharp, angular look the rest of the deisgn emphasizes. I also really hate Druddigon's color scheme

I think Incineroar's design flaws get WAY TOO MUCH flak, since the "muscle wrassle cat" schtick is both inherited from Torracat (which has huge arms and feet versus small legs) and real tigers are muscular as well. Not to mention saber-tooth cats are an excellent real-world reference point for Incineroar - built for grappling and not speed, longer front limbs than hind limbs, muscular-as-fuck torso. Some species even had plantigrade feet if those bug you (although Incineroar does stand on its toes and lifts its heels a lot for pseudo-digitigrade feet in official art and the anime).

No, what bugs me are the fingers. They aren't NEARLY as bad when curled up right together like in the concept art, looking just like long cat fingers, but otherwise they look wonky and I'm someone willing to concede tiger digits are definitely bigger/longer than you think of them as. If Incineroar had more cat-like fingers big-ass paws or not it'd be perfect.

Why didn't Ohmura try to put them in a more interestimg pose ? Looking behind or something, Wolves necks are really flexible (and relatively long) after all

It's about as bad as Incineroar and Primarina are, but I hate Decidueye more because I so badly wanted to like it. The concept is great on paper but holy shit the design is a complete and utter mess.

Not from an aesthetic point of view, that's a terribly lazy excuse for a bad design. Muk is also based on pollution and traditionally "ugly" since it's just a pile of sludge, but aesthetically it's very simple and pleasing. Even if you think Grimer and Muk are too simple this aesthetic quality is carried over to the more visually complex Alolan variants.

I enjoy Toucannon's grumpiness as a meme rather than an actual design for a Pokémon. I wish his mouth turned upwards so it had a more mischievous look, and that its eyes were a lighter color so they popped up more.
