Arcanine has always been one of the most powerfully bland mons in the franchise, and luxray's crazy oversized ears, weird color scheme/patterns, and terrible stats always put me off. Maybe I'm a little bitter about it replacing heliolisk as Clemont's ace in the anime for no reason, too. Rhydon also stands out as a poor pick, I was under the impression that people had finally realized ryhorn is the best of its line. Balanced out by some top tier choices like torterra, gyarados, braviary, aggron, and pretty much everything else. Pretty good.
