>>35377775Yeah, I was never so excited for a Pokemon game as BW. I remember those days so fondly. The first footage of the BW games I saw was Zoroark's battle against you in Lostlorn Forest. Seeing those sprites move was so fucking amazing; the models we have now are nowhere as animated. The Unova starters were silhouetted on Pokemon Sunday, and fans all over the world tried to guess on what they looked like. Then the starters were revealed.
Then we had CoroCoro reveal many major Pokemon every single month, leading up to a Braviary silhouette reveal on Pokemon Sunday. Afterwards we got anime leaks of Dewott, Servine, Iris, Axew, and Woobat in late June. Then that GLORIOUS trailer in late June that featured N and many Pokemon people loved and hated at the same time. Then the merchandise leaks that showed off Pansage that many thought were fake. Hiro and Pokexperto revealed that they have sprite data on many Pokemon and how they drew a picture of some of their favorites every few hours and kept teasing us. And September fucking 16th, two days before those amazing games came out! Every single Gen V Pokemon had its sprite uploaded to Serebii, and I was amazed at how many Pokemon we had access to!
No other generation got me so excited for Pokemon!
