That anon (it may have been you, idk) implied that the human body is "supposed" to be a certain way, which just isn't how the world works.
Humans were created (on a small scale, at least relative to the cosmos) by natural selection upon (pseudo-)random mutations. If X reproduces more than other Y or Z, then there will be more of X, thus allowing X to reproduce even more, exponentially increasing its population to the local carrying capacity. Humans are not exempt from this. There is no intelligent force behind these mutations trying to make humans the "right" way. They/We are just made how they/we are. It's a very common misconception that the human body is "meant" to be a certain way.
That doesn't imply that "nothing matters dude lmao nihilism XDDD" - it's just the reality of our universe.
