How can base Necrozma be made better? Because right now it suck competitively.

Hard Mode: without breaking the other Necrozma Forms

Even of base forms Necrozma is fucking shit, Kyurem was eh and Zygarde was pretty decent (well now the Snake is really fucking good with the arrows), but Necrozma is trash.

Doesn't it work fine with that Mat Block+Evoboost+Baton Pass combo? It's not Smogon approved but it works on cart, which is where the actual changes to stats, moves, and possible combos happens.
