They do different things. Some has the first part of a mini game. Some others has a complete mini game on it. Others has rythm games. Every pokemon gives you a Pokedex entry you can see in the acreen. Energy and items show you a card summary.

I would really love to see what happen if they use crystal cards on it, but they are rare as fuck.

I agree. The Neo sets are amazing as well but the e-reader cards were just something else. If I had money to burn I would collect Wizards booster boxes no question.

you're not wrong. There is a core group of collectors who stuck with the hobby all through 2000-2010 and stocked up on all the vintage stuff when it was selling often for less than retail during the recession. In this day and age they are making 10,000% returns on a lot of what they collected and using the cash to just buy up even rarer stuff. I've been a serious card collector for a hot minute and i swear the hypothetical return I could be making on the cards I've collected over the past decade puts profit margins from the crypto bubble to shame.
