I have starter originalist autism, so I feel like I have to keep my very first original starter for each gen, even if their hidden abilities released later are much better. As such, rather than breed a new Snivy, I edited my original Snivy to have Contrary and changed it from "received at level 5 in Nuvema Town on [Black release date]" to "egg hatched at level 1 in Nuvema Town on [Black release date]," made it's nature to "Timid," etc., but made sure to keep the same PID so I can justify to myself that it's still the same Serperior in 2011. I plan to do the same for my other Unova, Kalos, ORAS Hoenn, and Alola starters.
