How would you guys feel about another 3rd party game that focuses on having a huge open world in a well designed region, interesting dungeons, and that encouraged exploration?

They've specifically said they feel there's no point in doing them since the main series is now 3D. They were apparently only bothering to let them happen because it was a different style which the main series now has. Which from a sales perspective rather makes sense. Multiple similar games would obviously compete with each other for sales, especially when they're both officially licensed titles.

Neither Colosseum or XD encouraged exploration since it was such a pain in the ass to move around in those games.
