That aside, it'd be a double edged sword. With 150 base power and no recoil it's basically the best physical normal move, the dream of stuff like diggersby that wish they had a physical boomburst equivalent. On the other hand you can't kill anything with it, not even with megamom's parental bond.
Choiced attackers or set up sweepers wouldn't run it probably since they aim for the OHKO, but stuff that doesn't care about 2HKOs and has no trouble in taking a target in two turns might consider it. Farfetch'd would run it since the sheer power is worth it. Mega pinsir might have a set with it (it is aprox a base 240 flying move) and quick attack/feint for the final blow.
