Having any byproduct containing onions would be extremely benefiting and give you that extra boost you may just have needed everyday. It's not just milk, but there's onions granules, tofu, and onions beans just to name a few examples. Onions is an excellent source to get protein, vitamin B, calcium and iron. I know there may have been a few scary articles about the "dangers" of onions products, but I've come to put those crazy theories to rest. Don't be scared to have onions, it's really good for you and it tastes better than you would expect. I hope that you will at least reconsider the possibility of adding onions into your everyday dietary.
