I noticed this, those were the 1 year fixed term contracts for Spanish to English Localization specialists.

What this means is that the positions have been filled and will end Late April/May 2019 at the earliest.

It's difficult to say, but one thing that is factual is that GameFreak are still hiring for developers to work on the Pokemon mainline battle system. So it seems unlikely there would be much to translate at this point, unless the story part or character/Pokemon names have already been decided upon.

what do you mean? Story and npc dialogue can already be finished. But I don´t know if they need translators that programm the language in the code and not just translate it.

There are only a couple of spin-offs that would require a year-long localization contract. Mystery Dungeon and Detective Pikachu are the two that stick out to me.
