It's a pink mushroom with an orange crab, rather than a red mushroom with a red crab.
To be honest, I'm really baffled as to why Parasect's coloring is so inconsistent, or why they specifically chose the gen 3 art over all the other representations to use. I don't think any of the depictions are incorrect but damn they don't have their shit together.
