Sleep helps a lot with capturing Pokemon. Jumpluff was my best teammate.
You can get Larvitar and Elekid with egg moves via trading. Getting Tyranitar isn't that hard either since you should end up with 55+ levels.
Some TMs are unavailable or placed extremely late. If you like to teambuild then you will have hell of a time here.
