If I entered the Hall of Fame in Emerald, then went and picked Latias/Latios in the TV event in Littleroot, went and caught Latias/Latios, and then took it to the Battle Tower and tried to perform the cloning glitch, all without saving my game, would it still "save" whichever flag says whether I picked Latias or Latios?
I was wondering whether this might let me catch both Latias and Latios without needing an Eon Ticket. I doubt it'd work though.
