If I remember, please back me up, Lumineon's light blue fins glows radiantly in deep seas. it rivals Lanturn. Right? It was in the Platinum Pokedex if I remember.

it's only forgettable cause no important trainers use one for us to remember it and it's almost always been a late find in the games.

It's one of the most beautiful fishes. It's cry is also very enchanting. Sadly, it doesn't get much focus that's why it's forgettable. But I still love it becaue it's so beautiful and smug.

This is just one of those Pokemon that are just begging for an evolution. Something, ANYTHING to make it stand out.

Lumineon actually a bunch of cool options even without quiver dance, but its stats are dogshit.

Chinchou was a lot like that in gentoo. It was only fishing with the good rod and super rod. But I remember finding it right away as a kid. Maybe it was just because you get the good rod at Olivine, but even then it was only 20% and only in the harbor area. I guess we just took our time more as kids.

Unironically one of the Pokémon I'd always try to capture in my Platinum games. It just looks so peaceful and utterly unconcerned with its surroundings. Shame it doesn't have much use in PvP, and we can rule out an evolution at this point because autists would scream about Eviolite.
