A Pokémon with lots of high PP (preferably supereffective, for the added bonus in ally calling) moves to wreck all of the allies that are called until you get to whatever Pokémon you want. Bring plenty of Leppa berries, (Max) Ethers, and/or (Max) Elixirs.
Sorry I took so long to type all this out - I spent a good while making sure to pick out the absolute best Pokémon for each purpose.
Oh, and obviously you use an adrenaline orb to get the increased chance of allies being called. Just waste turns using items that won't be consumed until it's time to destroy the allies with your sweeper. Oh, and I guess if you're having trouble catching a ghost-type Pokémon that keeps fleeing (again, idk if it happens, but it can't hurt to give advice), then you can attempt to run Soak and Block/Mean Look/Spider Web Smeargle. May as well throw False Swipe and Foresight/Odor Sleuth on him at that point, too.
