Isle Evelup. It raises 18 pokemon at once. It is based on ACTUAL time passed rather than the 'make do' kind of solution in generations of old. In one day (OF DOING NOTHING) you can earn nearly 30,000 exp for all 18 pokemon. This means in about one month, you can, by only checking in once a day, have 18 level 100 pokemon (give or take for different experience curves)
