They included all her clothes from the original games in the first town I think. They're definitely in the game though so if you really liked her default design before you can still use it.

Just the shorts. Hat, shoes and bag are all in the first shop (Heahea?) on Akala island. Shirt is in Malie City on Ula'ula island. Though US is missing the right shorts color while UM the shirt color.
