Getting offended by a word and calling it buzzword IS a buzzword, you fucking edgelord. USUM was objectively more challenging than your usual 8 gyms game plus that final boss fight caught everyone off guard if you were not - again - a contrarian edgelord that made sure they played the game wrong and was ready with smogon tactics.

Same. Granted I handicapped myself (no items, EXP share etc) but the first SM games did not come close to the challenge in this one. Ultra yellow chicken-mon was the only other point in the game I got wiped the first time around.

I almost lost to him at the dark kahuna fight because i thought alolan riachu was fairy no psychic.
Almost all my mons where weak to electric, i didn't send out my dark mon until the end then i instantly killed him feeling stupid

When I first played Ultra Moon I actually lost the first battle with Hau. Was the first time I lost the first battle in any Pokemon game. For some reason my Rowlett wasn't doing super effective damage to his dumb clown. He got a crit on me and it was over
